Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We’re setting the standards in the firearm and shooting supply industry and want to make sure you receive the products you need. If you order a product and it doesn’t meet or exceed your expectations, you are welcome to return the item or exchange it within 30 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

HPCS will accept returns and exchanges on nearly all items, whether they were purchased online or in one of our stores. Returned items must be in resalable condition. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the original purchase date and must include proof of purchase to receive your original purchase price. After your return is inspected and cleared for resale, we’ll refund your original payment method or process your exchange.

While we will accept returns and exchanges on most items, below is a list of items that cannot be returned or exchanged at any time:

  • Firearms
  • Ammunition
  • Black Powder Firearms
  • Primers, Reloading Lead
  • Brass or Bullets
  • Treestands
  • Mouth Calls
  • Gift Cards
  • Special / Custom Orders of Non-Stocked Items


If you would like to return or exchange a gift, please stop by one of our retail locations or call us at 844.HPSUPPLY to receive a High Plains Cattle Supply gift card. Gift cards can be used online or in our retail stores.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

In order to return or exchange any item purchased from High Plains Cattle Supply, we require proof of purchase. Proof of purchase includes:

  • The cash register receipt
  • The order confirmation email
  • The packing slip


If you completed your purchase online and do not have proof of purchase, you can contact us at 844.HPSUPPLY to request a copy of your order confirmation to be sent via email.

REFUNDS

Local Store Purchases
HPCS will provide refunds for items purchased in your local HPCS store by crediting the original method of payment if proof of purchase is provided.

If proof of purchase is not provided, HPCS will provide refunds via store-only credit.
